Guys, remember: we are not the mainstream. we know the name of Pacquiao's wife and Miguel's uncle. Remember that video where those hot girls were predicting the Pac/Cotto fight? Those are the kinds of people you need to bring in when you get over a million.

Floyd was on Dancing w/ The stars. He is on a commercial. He has been in mega-fights. He speaks English. He was all over the radio. He has a shyteload of youTube videos and arguments with Brian Kenny. Floyd hustled hard to sell this fight on ESPN and other venues.

Pac-Cotto is the better fight. A boxing fan's fight. But don't count on it doing astronomical numbers. Regardless of what Arum is telling you.

Arum told you the arena sold out. Go online and check for yourself.

I went on and checked earlier and TONS of tix were available.
This is true, even little kids and non-boxing fan were asking me about the Maywether fight before fight night. Those commercials saying that he had the fastest hands and him being a character has created interest in him on the mainstream. I found out that he has more fans than I thought but not necessary cause of boxing. He took a page out of Laila Ali book and went on national TV where the money really is and got a lot of exposure

gate numbers, revenues, receipts don't lie. pbf and marquez are fooling themselves claiming that they are the biggest draw in boxing. now pbf knew that pacquiao has the draw not him.

even if the number one/numero uno was staged in far somalia where bandits are abound and enriched with every dollars they got from their kidnap victims, still the fight will not sell. simply because the fight was a mismatch..........

but pac-cotto tickets with barely two months away are selling like hotcakes even with a prohibitive price.

but its hard to accept that. no, pbf and marquez can't accept that.

Vegas gets almost 40 million tourists a year, 109,000 a day.
Seems weird they had to paper some seats, and some remained unsold.

I mean they couldn't find 2k more fans for the weekend.

              Damn poor people.
              LOL.

JMM and Floyd need richer fans, not people asking for streams.

jmm has a pretty dedicated fanbase though small.

                floyd doesn't have one imo.

when jmm fights his biggest nuthuggers are nowhere to be found because they bought the fight. the guys looking for streams are generally not jmm fans.

when floyd fights some of his biggest nuthuggers are screaming for a stream.

floyd fans to me are just on the bandwagon because he's the best or one of the best.

most of them will disappear if and when he losses or no longer at the top.

most of them can't even explain why they like floyd. they just go on and on about how great his skills are or how he's the best.

they usually use the cop out phrase , "if you don't like floyd , you don't like boxing" or "you have to be a true boxing fan to appreciate such a masterpiece boxing performance"

I wouldn't believe a Million ppv buys if they showed me each and every order receipt. It's BS! There's just no way. I don't know anyone who ordered the fight. l don't know anyone who's even talking about it in the real world off message boards, you know the things that happen when you have a million buys. It's total and complete BS.

It's a possibility that you could be wrong.
