Yes, that what's people in #1 positions do! Not people in #2 positions! Boots is IBF #1, and he filed a petition for the IBF Champion, which is Errol Spence Jr.! Ortiz, WBO #1, chose to go after Stanionis instead of Crawford. He was in position to fight Crawford, NOT Boots Ennis! If anyone swerved Crawford, it's Vergil Ortiz Jr., not Boots Ennis! Crawford was negotiating for Spence, but his Plan B was Avanesyan! No one saw that coming, ONLY Terence Crawford! He didn't reach out to Boots, nor Ortiz! Why?

A fact most of his fans overlook. If undersized journeyman level fighters like Lipinets and Dulorme,as short as that fight was,timed and caught Ennis flush there's no reason to believe the elite if the division like Ortiz,Spence and Bud can't or won't do the same.
Furthermore,how do we know how hes going to react when he does eventually these shots from big,powerful full-fledged welterweights?? We don't do we. Ortiz didn't complain why he didn't get the Crawford fight. Ennis did. Sounds ****** to say if the #1 guy forfeits his position, #2 would have to wait till everything gets cleared up even if it takes ages. In other words, you don't complain when you know you were never interested, then pretend you were when you didn't even try. Nothing is set in stone in this joke of a sport. BLK made the Avanesyan fight because Ennis was not interested.

Now you sound extra ******! No one even knew anything about BLK was until Crawford came out with the Avanesyan fight! BLK never contacted Boots! Now you're just pulling things out of your azz! Of course Ortiz Jr. did not complain, because he was NOT seeking the Crawford fight, he was seeking the Stanionis fight! Just the fact that you don't throw any shade on Ortiz Jr., tells me you just hating on Boots! Boots is IBF #1, and unlike Ortiz Jr., he filed a petition to fight the IBF Champion! Not the IBF "Regular" Champion, he filed to fight Errol Spence Jr., the WW fighter with 3 out of 4 belts in the division! Spence has 120 days from January 7th to either fight Boots or vacate! Seems Jaron "Boots" is still not tired of playing the waiting game. The Stanionis/Ortiz fight doesn't even have a date yet.. When is the winner going to come back after the fight? Nine months from now? Why not Crawford who is available? I thought Boots wants that fight. Or at least make it a plan B If the Spence fight doesn't materialize. Bro, again, it doesn't hurt to file a petition. When the #1 guy forfeits his spot twice you don't ask and complain why. You celebrate that he did and take advantage of the situation if you're the #2. You want to have it both ways. When it comes to Ortiz you treat it like it's an obligation and complain why he forfeited it. That's ******. You should have a party that he did because now your guy could come in and claim it. It's been very obvious he's not interested.
