I think there’s every chance he loses to Redkach tbh.

Chickens will always come home to roost eventually every time. You make them showcase fighters fighting cans, award them with truckloads of money, then when it's high time to step up, they won't accept anything 10x more than what they're used to getting. Of course, that's the frankenstein you yourself created. Who else is to blame?

Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised. Idk what ASS BEAT Broner has left at this point.

Pretty sure he don’t have the fight in him he had when I saw him live at the Alamodome in Dec 2013.

Marcos Chino Maidana beat him up that night but AB showed tons of heart and he kept trying.

That is probably what is happening with Jermall Charlo, who Broner mentioned in particular. Except that Charlo is probably afraid to leave PBC.

I usually think that when someone comes out of nowhere and starts throwing massive amounts at boxing and loses the majority of it.

Yeah he’s lost all motivation. He’s never in shape, barely throws 5 punches a round. As much as Broner was overhyped he was a good fighter, not the generational talent he was marketed as but certainly a World Champion calibre fighter. It’s sad to see what he’s become tbh. While he maybe doesn’t deserve the sympathy, I do feel sorry for him. I just hate to see kids waste their talent, happens way too often in this sport.

Agree. I usually have the same logic, but the data is there now. PPV is dead due to firesticks and people streaming for free. Canelo is the only fighter doing over 500k buys nowadays. I’m sure the folks in charge of BLK know these things, but yet they still over huge amounts. Makes me wonder why are you so willing to lose $$…

'They Told Me the Type of Money You Want, You Gotta Fight Godzilla'

Plenty others have done it for less, because the smart fighter will tell you that by beating Godzilla will open the gates to plenty of massive paychecks.

Can't stand the guys that just want a huge massive paycheck and ride off into the sunset when they didn't do anything to merit the opportunity.

So he just basically admitted that he was getting tough fights at PBC so jumped ship to BLK to take on lesser opponents...Gotcha AB!
