If Loma lets his hands go from round 1, I think he can win. If he sits back and waits around like he's been doing, which is a sign of a fighter on the back 9, he's gonna lose by wide decision. I think he will step up with the competition and make it a good fight. I don't think it will be pretty at all though. I expect a fairly boring, technical fight with too much hugging any time Loma gets close.

I'm saying that Usyk and Loma are giving away their natural divisions to test themselves as well having done away with their own weight divisions .They must be applauded as they could easily stay and dominate their own divisions.

Usyk is similar, I thought he arguably lost to Briedis. It was clearly a close fight that could go either way but he just kept doing the same thing round after round and let it get to a razor thin decision.
they are masters at Plan A, but doesn’t seem to have a great deal of options after that. It’s just most can’t deal with their plan A.
Loma and Usyk make adjustments all the time, only they are subtle and difficult to discern in real-time. I think you’re looking for big, obvious changes. Those rarely happen in any fight and are rarely successful when they do (see Danny Jacobs switch-hitting and getting knocked down mid-switch against GGG).

I think Loma needs to take TWO tune up fights if it's even remotely possible. At his age he is not going to fight for 12 rds unless his body is at absolute optimum fitness. As people have said, if he only fights 6 rds he definitely loses...

Further Teofimo didn't get beat because he was dehydrated. He got beat because of a ****ty game plan, lack of execution, lack of preparation, his inability to adjust and underestimating Kambos abilities. Nothing to do with weight issues, pretty evident by his 2 piss poor performances since.
