And as it stands he can’t get Top Rank & ESPN to put in the necessary money to meet that minimum within that 35%. His other issue is that Prograis’ side has also not presented any pot/offer. So he’d be agreeing to 35% of god knows what, a complete mystery. Ramirez notes that if Prograis offers him just 1mil, he’ll accept.

So he wants Regis to raise the split, so Top Rank/ESPN can bid, and if anyone outbids them, that’s fine too, because it will be exceeding his minimum.

But basically. If he’s going to be earning more, guaranteed, vs Commey etc on Top Rank, then he’ll stay there.
If any PBC fighter pulled this bu!!shyte, you’d be making negative post after negative post insulting that fighter and Haymon.

He's absolutely right. Probellum is in a scandal and go t lucky Fite tv or whatever overpaid for zepeda-prograis. Like how tf you expect ramirez to take 35 percent?

And he only received THAT much was because MarvNation wanted to make some waves in the industry so they foolishly out bid TGB by double. Had they not ,Regis would've only made $600K,if he took the fight all.

SplitSecond broke it down precisely as to why it DOESNT make enough sense for Ramirez to accept that split.Pretty straightforward. We might not like it as it would be a great fight I agree but at the end of the day we're not paying Ramirez mortgage or his kids college tuitions either are we. Then again most posters in here crying had no issues Mall turning down $15 mil to fight Canelo/Andrade,had no issues with Wilder turning down $120 million to fight Joshua and wanted Crawford to foolishly accept a 0 gaurantee with the same split percentage Ramirez would be getting here lol....so the business acumen of some these posters is nonexistent to say the least.

I am with Prograis on this. He wanted to fight Taylor after he got his a ss kicked by the Irishman, and he participated in the Super 6 and a fought a slobber knocker with Zepeda. Ramirez is looking for the path of least resistance to the titles.

Due to your inability to view anything even remotely involving PBC or any of its fighters with even a sliver of objectivity, your opinion means less than nothing.

The fight should've happen at least 3-4 years ago, when Prograis was NOT with Probellum! I feel bad for Ramirez because it's really Top Rank that's the problem, and not him! Not everyone is signing a 3 fight deal to get a fight! Hopefully he won't have to go the Mikey Garcia route to get out of his contract!

So Prograis is to blame for Ramirez passing on the vacant title vs. Zepeda? Sometimes, fighters have to accept blame when opportunities are presented that they pass up. Zepeda got a good win against Pedraza, then went radio silent. Is that entirely Top Rank's fault or some Ramirez's too?

Of course you're getting thrown unde rather bus, you let ur manager start spinning, you ducked the tourney, and now you'll fight him when your contract is over. Yawn!!!!!!
Take the fight, belt, and rematch with the lions share if you win. Otherwise it's a duck!
