RJJ was amazing, great, knows his boxing, can explain what is going on in a fight in laymen’s terms. He is truly a boxing expert.

But RJJ could throw a left hook and KO his opponent, when the right punch to throw at that moment was maybe a jab, or a right hand, or do a side step. But RJJ could get away with doing whatever he wanted to do.

So how do you forget about your actual experiences and what YOU would do in a certain situation, and get away with any mistake you make, and tell a guy with way lesser reflexes, slower handspeed, slower footwork, to do the things you were able to do?
Most trainers were not anywhere near the level of even Anthony Joshua...so the logic that just because RJJ was successful fighting in a style means he can't teach other things is pretty ridiculous. Garcia is a midget and had absolutely nothing in common with AJ as a fighter, did you make comments like this when that was announced?

Roy needs to prove himself as a trainer by producing good fighters, before he can really start attracting big names like Joshua to pay him.

It's like how Deion Sanders started at the bottom and went to coach football at a historically black university that had few resources. He led them to great success, and now the bigger schools compete for his services and are throwing money at him to turn their football programs around.

Maybe he is shopping for a dealer and not so much a trainer. Maybe he is looking for the best program available.

Its appalling to read that Joshua said Roy may not be "qualified" to train him. But this guy Fernandez is? Qualified Over Roy??! Just for him saying that, if I were Roy, I wouldn't train him, and sit back and watch him get his ass knocked out with somebody else training him.

Jones is an excellent trainer. Bro, it's hard to get a big name and get the big wins to go along with it. I've seen him train, he's really good.

What a daft cunt this AJ. Jones got more knowledge in his toenail clippings than McCracktard has.

It is very well known that mediocre-average, and even bad boxers make great trainers. I have spoken about that many years ago.

Michael Jordan wouldn’t be a good basketball coach and he knows that.

Those who are exceptional at the practice of something, aren’t automatically the best at teaching it.

And you threw me off with the whole midget thing and how good AJ is in relation to his trainers. I think you should re-read what I said, as there was nothing there about weight or height.
