I amaze on how people go with hype and dont watch fights carefully.

Manny is the same fighter he was at 130 that he is at 140/147.

He always lunges with his punches, he reach too far most of the time with them.

Everytime he throws his left hand, he lowers his right hand to his waist before throwing it.

He never throws hwhen backing up, never. he doesnt know how to fight backwards.

When ever he gets hit his starts swinging wildly 3 or 4 punches.

He gets hit plenty. And his jab is just a range finder!!!!


Pacquiao, won alot of the fights in the lower weights, because he was the bigger man and could impose his physically and hsi strength on more skilled boxers, like Morales, JMM and Barrera.

With Cotto he is facing a btter skilled fighter, but bigger than him.

Manny Pacquiao cant outbox Cotto and he cant overpower neither. Unless Cottos punch resistant has gone to ****, Pacquiao wont win this fight.

The average distance from the armpit to the knuckle is 20", so if Pac is throwing a right hook or Jab(or even right uppercut) he would have to be that distance NOW IMAGINE THE LEFT HOOK OR CROSS FROM A SOUTHPAW.
HE WILL STILL HAVE TO GET INSIDE TO THROW TO THE BODY!
If you believe not, then tell me the max distance he can throw his punch without being in range(without dislocating his shoulder..lol)

its easy... pac stays out of range. he throws a few jabs and feints the right hook to get cotto to look for teh hook. then pac steps in range to fire a left cross to the body instead of the chin. then steps out of range again before cotto can counter.

pac doesn't have to be close up to dig into cotto's body.

Unless Pac has Mr Fantastic stretching abilities he will have to get into range to hit.....Pac is no super hero even Marquez hit Floyd a few times...and Pac is no where near the skill or timing of Floyd.
