I don't believe that SSM really carried his power up w him. He was a concussive "one-punch" puncher at 135. But he is an accumulative puncher at 147.And i think that prompted him into the steroid abuse.

If you look at SM's history at WW and 154, he really hasn't gotten good fighters out of there. Until Margarito. And that was after a shyteload of clean overhand rights.

Even with vargas and mayorga: compare how Oscar/Tito did with those guys vs how Shane did. And Shane fought the MUCH worse versions.

Neither did Pacquiao, and had prime Shane had the opportunity to fight the hatton pacquiao fought he would have KOed him in the same fashion. I doubt pacquiao will drop otto with a single shot, but rather with accumulation.
