If it wasn't for Ortiz vs Stanionis the WW division would be at a complete stand-still with zero meaningful fights. Maybe we can get Thurman vs Ugas in Feb/March. As a Thurman fan, I'd prefer he had that fight instead of going straight into a fight with Spence anyway, since he's only had one fight in 3 years. Maybe they can make Crawford vs Spence in April/May due to the circumstances. I hope that's how it plays out. In fact, if they don't make Crawford vs. Spence the next fight for both of them, I hope one or the other makes an announcement that they're moving up to 154. This waiting around is B.S. Thing is, Tszyu is the WBO mandatory, so if Bud tries to go that route to get a mandated fight against Jermell, he'll be behind Fundora and whoever is mandatory for the IBF. Maybe somebody will step aside, but I don't think Fundora would. TIme will tell.

Most people use filler words of some kind, listen to a recording of yourself and you will hear them. Being aware of them and also being more deliberate with one's speech can help reduce them. When they're used excessively it can detract from the content of what the person is saying so it's definitely worth trying to improve. I used to work with a guy who said "kind of" every few words and it was all I could focus on.
