Cotto notable fights:
Clottey: A loss
Margaritto: quit in disgrace
Mosley: Backed up and would have lost anywhere else
Now Cotto cherry picks a Former SFW
What a disgrace

Yet if you look at them together it's not even close. Floyd has fought the far better opposition and Cotto fought nothing but no names for the majority of his career.
Decent names on Cotto's resume:
1. Victoriano Sosa. But OOPS Mayweather had already softened up and owned a much fresher Sosa who had only 2 losses by 119-107 owning him. Cotto takes Mayweather's leftovers.
2. Demarcus Corley. Oops. Mayweather had already ruined and owned him too, knocking him down 2 times. Cotto finished him but Corley famously almost ended Cotto's run by putting him on ***** street all over the ring the same way Torres did.
Then there's some more of the new guard B level fighters. Malignaggi, Judah, Gomez, Jennings (lol).
The only top name on there is Mosley who many felt beat Cotto anyway. Clottey is a good name too and once again many felt he beat him.
Now he's picking on a tiny Pacman like Mayweather did to JMM (double standards?)
Mayweather had names like
1. a basically unbeaten Jesus Chavez
2. Corrales
3. Castillo (twice)
4. De la Hoya
5. Hatton
6. JMM
7. Judah
Notice, these are all some of the biggest names of the sport over the last decade at the lower weight divisions.
So you gonna tell me that Cotto's A-list opponents Clottey, Mosley, Malignaggi and Judah are better than Corrales, Castillo, DLH, Hatton, JMM, etc?
So why the double standard then?
Well, of course it's a given that Floyd is the best and thus the stanards by which he is judged are the highest. But you haters have to give him at least SOME credit at least because some of you make it sound like he's a complete bum who has never fought anybody while simultaneously praising Cotto. Yet as proven here Cotto's resume pales in comparison so check yourselves fools.
As I've stated several times, I was once a huge Mayweather supporter, but just like how I became a loyal fan of Mosley's and Oscar's during their prime years by fighting the best out there is where I have a tough time looking at Floyd and holding him on this pedestal like some of you guys do. I like risk takers.

How does Cotto resume above crap on PBF resume.
Floyd beat 154 Oscar. The same 154 Oscar who handled a drugged up Mosley
Cotto best win is Mosley. Floyd’s best win above 140 is Judah and Oscar

What a disgrace
Clottey: Won a close SD with a slashed eye for 9 rounds.
Margarito: Lost a tough fight that is covered with su****ion
Mosley: Won a close fight, but was a decisive win.
Pacquiao: But it's ok for Floyd to fight him?? LOL smh...
Now what do all these names have in common?
FLOYD'S NEVER FOUGHT ANY OF THEM...

Mosley is better than any fighter on Floyd's resume.
Cotto fought some of the welterweights that Floyd ducked: Mosley, Margarito and Clottey.
Cotto's resume is excellent: Clottey, Torres, Quintana, Malignaggi, Judah (who he beat more convincingly than Floyd), and Mosley. Cotto would have defeated Margarito if not for the plaster.
Jesus Chavez was 1-13 when Floyd fought him, here's his record:
