Otto Wallin's practically been begging for a relevant big fight, Joyce might be the one outside of Wilder, AJ, Fury, and Usyk.

Feed Wallin to Oilskin Parker and Windmill to The Juggernaut on the same card.

Wallin beats most of the guys in the Top 10. A Juggernaut fight would be 50/50.

Wallin might be too lively for a stay busy fight against Joe , who has an 'agreement' to fight Fury should he beat Usyk as the bookies favourite is expected to do. He might still be in line should Usyk win but might be out of luck should it be a close fight and a rematch.

Frank won't risk Joyce against a quality opponent like Wallin.

It'll be a knockover job while he waits for Fury/Usyk
