That's not true. Fury called out Usyk shortly after he beat Joshua the second time. Oleksandr said he needs six months to prepare for Tyson, which is ridiculous unless he has a serious injury.

If he did, he was clearly never serious about it. Usyk had two tough fights back to back against Joshua. He said he was going to take the rest of the year off and rightfully so. Fury turned this around and tried to make himself look good by saying Usyk didn't want to fight him next AFTER Usyk said he was going to take the rest of the year off. I like Fury but he's got a big mouth. He just took a stay busy fight and wants to bash Usyk for wanting to take the rest of the year off? Now the WBA mandated Usyk fight his mandatory and Fury is going to call him out for ducking him if he doesn't fight him next. The ball isn't in Usyk's court. If Fury wants the fight he'll make it happen.

For God's sake, stop TALKING about it and make it happen.
By making it happen, don't be an ass with the contract.

        Usyk is the man.

In all likelihood we'll get at least another year of this without the fight being made. Its all so tiresome.

Usyk had every opportunity to call Fury “borracho” and “belly” and “Luke” when he was face to face with Fury after the Chisora fight. Instead Usyk stood there passive and mute - and waited until he was safely back in Ukraine to talk smack about Fury on his YouTube channel.

Usyk did the same thing with Joshua after their second fight - immediately afterward he said it was understandable why AJ had his post-fight breakdown, but once he was back in Ukraine, he suddenly changed his tune and said Joshua was a little child.

I also don’t like the video of Chisora coming up to greet and hug Usyk, yet the minute Chisora walked away, Usyk looked at the camera and made gestures that were clearly mocking and derogatory toward Chisora.

The more I think about it, the more I want Fury to inflict a butt-kicking on this odd, arrogant dude so that we can move on from having to talk about him as a major factor in the heavyweights.
Even Whyte when he finally come face to face with Fury he was all matey matey. It seems like Chisora is the only opponent outside the ring, who has stepped to him.

I don't think Fury is particular intimidating, I sense his opponents are weary of being caught up in incoherent conflicts.

Fury seems to dictate which way the tone of match ups are going to go. Usyk is not intimidated by Fury, but all of these antics and attacks outside the ring are new to him etc.

Usyk has never came across a opponent like Fury outside the ring. Bellew was polite and matey matey, most likely because he was dead at the weight.

Fury should leave Joshua out of it and stop picking on him. Judging from post fight Usyk II Joshua has enough problems to deal with in his head.

How do you know Fury wasn't serious about calling out Usyk? He called the man a pussy to his face when he got up on the apron after the Chisora mismatch. Usyk just stood there, staring. He might not be good at English, but I'm sure he knows that being called a pussy isn't a compliment. After the second Joshua fight, Usyk said his next fight will be Fury or no one. Bottom line, if both of these champions truly want to fight each other next, they both can play a major part in making it happen.
