Narvaez was meant meant to be a real test for Inoue back in the day too, having one loss before that which was a decision to Donaire. Inoue walked through him in 2 rounds.
he definitely had fights on the way up that were considered good tests for the stage he was at coming through, and he kept walking through themLast edited by deathofaclown; 12-13-2022, 10:08 AM.

Inoue made Butler not want to fight. The Monster is no joke. Him and Fulton would be very interesting. Hopefully we will get to see it.

Inoue is rapidly becoming my favourite fighter out of the present crop. That was a good win against a boxer hell bent on surviving 12 rounds.
The more I see of Inoue, the more i see a guy who has six gears but rarely needs to move up from third....
It made a refreshing change to see a fight in front of a respectful and civilised audience, unlike the drunken gobby yobs we get at a lot of domestic fights here in the UK.
One could hear the odd loud-mouth English supporter amongst the mainly Japanese audience, I guess they were really impressed by their visitors....

Fair dues to butler, he was always going try and survive, he can tell his grandchildren he went 11rnds almost, with one of the best fighters ever n the world.
Time for the monster to leave 122, and take on more willing prey, any fighter who engages with him at the higher weight gets, stoped crushed and monstered!
