I'd lean towards Eubank but only because Smith is not a MW and Eubank has less wear and tear.

Whenever Eubank faces a genuine top tier fighter he falls short of the mark.

I don't blame him for making a very decent living, but he is a not fooling anyone into believing he is a credible MW or SMW threat.

He gets paydays for beating up over the hill guys like Degale or Williams but ran for the hills when GGG came knocking.

I agree with the first post. iIts hard not to like Williams, Eubank will have a bit too much for him on the night

Eubank talks like he’s some sort of superstar.

His only notable accolade is a British title.

He makes me laugh the way he thinks he’s relevant at the highest level . He should show smith and his brothers more respect as they’ve achieved so much more than him from nothing and are good role modals for the sport . What has he really done other than been born with Chris as his father ?

This kid knows he's average, hence wanting to fight a young untested welterweight in Benn and when that exploded an old , decent but small super welterweight. His game is tiresome and can only appeal to the causals who probably get mixed up with his fathers vast achievements and his very mediocre one's.....In short Jr. for who he makes out to be is a fraud.

'Hell I might even put some money on the underdog'.

How is Beefy the underdog? Look at their records & both men have achieved domestically but fallen short at world title level. I would definitely say Liam has beaten better men & his reverses have been against better men. Plus he has won a world title! The only sensible reason for calling Beefy the underdog is that he's always fought at 154 & CEJ has fought at 160 & 168 but they are both quite old men now by boxing standards. I suspect Beefy won't suffer too much from being able to weigh in 6 ib heavier at this late stage in his career.
