The fight fell out because Manny got STRIPPED. He was chasing a never-happening fight with Conor McGregor, then Ryan Garcia, and WBA STRIPPED his ass because he wasn't fighting anyone who was available and he refused to wait for Spence.

It would still have happened after Spence's recovery, but Manny refused to wait.

I think they stripped him because the Connor deal was done secretly, as soon as it was released that it was a done deal on Connor winning, within days, Manny was stripped, I don't think they liked the sneaky deal Manny made without the WBA giving him a green light first.

Honestly, have a farewell tour of fights, people will turn up even against a soft touch. He can hurt Spence if he can get to the eye but he’s not beating Crawford at this stage of his career. Spence will forever be a question mark whether his face holds up against a hard puncher. Crawford was all wrong for pac 5 years ago, even more so now.
