    You can't see it now. In 10-15 years from now, Vitaliy will be remembered as one of the greatest HW boxers ever. It is plainly obvious now to some, and it will become obvious to the rest later.

    It is only by chance that people of Vitaliy's caliber had become drawn to boxing. If Vitaliy had grown up in America, in a family of a high-rank army officer (like he did in the Soviet Union), he would have never ended up boxing to begin with. Instead, he would have grown up to be a terrific engineer or a scientist... but not a boxer. It just happened that in the Soviet Union a career in boxing was not considered to be a career choice of the last resort ... . And maybe that's why Vitaliy and his bro had gotten involved in boxing.
