Tank is fighting the tougher opponent, who also happens to be a champion albeit at the division below his.
Tank has beaten a few champions, although they weren't any world beaters themselves.
The good news is that it looks like Tank is distancing himself from Mayweather, and his overly protective management.
I hope that Tank has matured enough to stay out of legal trouble, and is able to maintain a professional work ethic going forward.

Ryan on the other hand has made a lot of noise about fighting Tank, and other fighters only to pull out of fights at the last minute.

This is a legit opponent. The only natural advantages Tank has is speed and power. Garcia can box, has size and reach, a good engine taht will enjoy not draining that extra 5. A classic boxer vs puncher. Way better competition than Rolly, but will probably end the same way, with Tank catching him with something in the second half.
