Fury may have realized that Usyk's mind is stronger than his own, and - if needed - that Usyk is even crazier than himself.

A bit WWE? Sure. But light years more interesting and entertaining than tedious Joshua fight buildups

So can these guys agree to weigh in within like 15-20 lbs of each other ? Rather than fury coming in 80 lbs heavier ? Otherwise this is a pointless garbage match-up and everyone knows it.

Why does everyone get triggered because Fury says curse words. So what they're in a sport where they're trying to punch each other into a coma. Fuq the language. Also it's funny how Eddie Hearn had control of the HW division a year ago and now it's completely controlled by Frank Warren. You da man ol' fish eyes!

what a joke of a thing to say, he signed up to the unlimited class people have been beating people with those kind of weight advantages going back 70+ years at least...

Christ, a recent cruiserweight example is Haye beating Valuev with his almost 100 pound weight difference, whilst clearly not the same beast as Fury it's been done many a times...

Usyk has also knocked guys out similar in size in to Fury in the WSB in Modugno.

Are you another of these "muh favourite promoter" weirdos or something?

How is some overgrown manchild shouting unimaginative insults at a Ukrainian who probably doesn't understand half of it "interesting"?

I don't understand this obsession with "build up" either. If it's a good fight people will watch. It's the substandard fights that need gimmicks to try to hook people.

It's all right, Fury's always got the good old trusty excuse of "boxing is boring without characters like me" to fall back on and disguise the fact that he is actually just an arse hole.

It's actually one of the most boring fights going for the casual so yes it needs building, arguably it's going to be a boring technical fight with them both trying to nick rounds.

Hence why the likes of Roy Jones were saying they shouldn't rush to Usyk vs Fury when there is plenty of fun fights to be made, once there is an established number one people care less generally...

The "casual" will only know it's boring after the event. They won't anticipate it being a technical fight, which you're correct in saying it will be. Most people will just see that it's the guy who beat Joshua vs Fury for the "undisputed" title and buy the event. It's the "hardcores" who demand build up because they're never satisfied with the actual matchups.
