- One shotted Wilder after two KDs.

- Cracked his pal Chisora's jaw.

He also one shotted Cunningham in the past when he rarely sat on his punches. There is an argument for Kronk Fury is third hardest hitter behind Wilder and Joyce and hitting harder than AJ when both sit on their punches.

I don’t know who hits harder, but few fighters can successfully absorb a sustained pummeling from a man that large. Fury’s got telephone poles for arms.

Fury is just "sitting" on his punches more than in the past. He used to box very purely and threw arm punches which allows for better speed for a guy of his size and preserves energy. Thing is you dont have to be an ATG power puncher to have power when you are 270 pounds, so he can hit hard if he wants to.

AJ is always looking to load up. AJ might have more power than Fury but I would say Fury has more effortless power, he doesnt have to drain his energy as much or look to load up like AJ.


From recent memory guys who seemingly increased their power in the middle of their careers (and in some cases even while moving up in weight), are: JMM, Pacquaio, Canelo and Fury. Theres probably more
