Wilder and AJ are both in the same boat -- damages goods and desperate for a few final pay days. Nothing mysterious here.

I agree. The only difference is Eddie was down to two fighters in AJ and Conor to try and get anytype of foothold in the US with Dazn. Conor has lost all credibility and AJ has lost all confidence. Dazn will be done in the US abd probably the UK too.pbc still has plenty of options in America if Wilder loses.Comment

Wilder is looking for a monster pay day. Ruiz doesn't pay the same and is a dangerous fight for Wilder because of the clash of styles.Comment

I want Joshua/Fury or Joshua/Wilder at some point but Joshua really does need a win. Whyte does make a lot of sense to me. Do i want it next? No but it is what it is. Wilder can fight Ruiz in the WBC final eliminator & hopefully Fury/Usyk if Fury comes away unscathed against Chisora. The Chisora fight is a lot more pointless than Joshua/Whyte.Comment

Its funny how he wants the AJ fight now. The big $ has passed you Beyonce. He'll win if it ever happens. Hell, i said he'd win if it happened back when the 80 mill was offered. But if it happens now, hes not getting nothin close to what could have been.
Wonder if Al and Co. will offer up something huge? Doubt it tbh...Comment

Oluwafemi will ko Chicken leg squad. Wilder has made his biggest fan his head trainer which has led to a weird rebirth of his boxing style in an attempt to heal the trauma from the spanking he got from Fury. He managed to KO a guy 12 years past his prime and probably now thinks he is a slick boxer. Oluwafemi just face a real slickster in Usyk for 24 rounds so he will land both hands from the get go while Wilder does his bambi dance and twerking around the ring. Cannot wait for the excuses from the world heavyweight excuse champion and his fans.Comment

Politics of AJ v Wilder aside, you’ve got to love Finkel’s logic when he says "The fight before that, [Whyte] got knocked out, and two fights before that he got knocked out. How does the press and anyone else rationalize Joshua fighting someone like that in his next fight?“
Did Wilder not get stopped in his previous two fights before Helenius?Comment
