I think the main reason why people seem to like Charlo is his personality. He seems like a genuinely nice guy who is always smiling and joking around. He also has a lot of charisma and is very articulate in interviews. However, I think Bivol is the better fighter and would beat Charlo at 168. Bivol is a very technical boxer with great footwork and hand speed. He also has good power and is very accurate with his punches. I think he would be too much for Charlo to handle.

What is interesting for me is Charlo is actually BIGGER than Bivol.

I noticed that too. However, Bivol has a significantly more muscular build than Charlo. For example, Bivol's chest and arms appear to be more defined with lean muscle mass. Consequently, Bivol appears to be stronger than Charlo while actually being the smaller person. I know some people like that, who although technically smaller than me, would most likely be able to push me back if ever we were to spar. The only way we know for sure, is if they were to make the fight.
