Good Performance from Prograis! Cong**** to him on becoming Champ again

Investing in Nutritionist you do see a difference for sure especially his conditioning late to be able to just explode and close the show that late. Declan Walsh and the Fight 2B Fit staff might have something. I know Spence used them as well for the Ugas fight and looked good conditioning wise as well and looked great on the Scale did not look drained

Cong**** to Prograis in a near flawless performance against a top 5 opponent, wonder who he will fight next though, I could see him beating Teo.

Props to Prograis. The Ref should've jumped in while Chon was sitting on the ropes and arm was caught. Ref did a good job though for the whole fight.

Good match up and I hope that it happens. Once Taylor vacated the 140 division opened up. Now you have Teo, Taylor, Catteral and a bunch of other guys in this division.

Damn good fight. Was rooting for Zepeda but Regis is sneaky good, awkward. I'd only given Chon 2 maybe 3 rounds at time of stoppage. Respect to both!

Good 6 months off for Prograis. That Eardrum is nothing to mess with. At 33, these guys need to work on preserving their bodies, then going big with a huge unification/superfight

Prograis is a really talented fighter. His loss to Taylor that was close an outside of the UK he might of even got that W. But he has a great punch variety an hes a very accurate puncher an he hits pretty hard aswell an zepeda just coudnt live with it was getting lit up for majority of the fight

Nope, it’s simple, he felt that power immediately and played it cautious. No shame in that. Prograis is a beast of a fighter. Almost all at this weight don’t want to taste his power.
