He'd be a massive draw if he was from here. He'd also become a hype job though.

Paul Williams would be pimped out by Warren with a perfect record.

yeah he probably would be, but if he was from here he would be trained by his dad who knows nothing about boxing (a bit like clev)

Reid vs. Ottke. That fight actually made me really angry. I wanted to strangle the ref and probably would have done, given the opportunity.

If Paul Williams was British, he'd be labeled a 'Hype Job'.

              .

imagine if Williams pulled a Winky? start in the US and THEN go to the UK with something already on his resume...he'd make alot of money

                Wrong.

He'd be named "The Man Who Would Be King".

Guranteed. Pretty much any world level boxer that moves here would make millions. We Brits hate Americans because of their ****iness, but it's because a lot of us are jealous that we don't have a star like them. That's probably why Naz was loved because he had that arrogance.

If Mayweather was British, he would be a huge super star here. He's Prince Naz, a little different, but arguably better. Pacman and him would be Knights and sipping tea with the queen by now lol.

Calzaghe had a whole country behind him (Wales).
                    Hatton a city.
Amir has Pakistani's, ******s and Asians (His parents origins)

I suppose if he grew up somewhere and played the local boy part well, he would sell out often. You need to be mroe than a good boxer to have fans, you need to have something where people can associate like Pavlik and Youngstown.

Lenny was different though, many saw him as a Canadian whom was British through convenience.

Winky Boxed in England quite a few times and was very well respected at that time, infact if his name was being branded about on bill boards and he was being shoved down your throats of the public like the rest you best believe he would be star. Winky was an elite fighter albeit boring as ****.
