Fair enough if he was a 60 fight veteran journeyman with a few stoppages on his record - but this dude, Rocha is a total bum.

Froch is going to land that big right, especially in rounds 6+ onwards when Dirrell has slowed.
Being able to take two flush punches, one of which being a big right over the top is a good thing. Hopefully of course, he has made improvements to the point where he doesn't stand square chin out for hayemakers. How many fights ago was this?

Being able to take flush punches from a big puncher is a good thing, being heavily dropped by a bum is not.

Allan Green is much better known than Andre Dirrell among American fans.. All fans for that matter. Probably has more to do with politics/money and other factors. If they were simply looking to give american fans a vested interest, Green would have been a better choice than Dirrell.. Possibly even better than Ward depending who you asked. The real issue with Green is that he's a flake though, he could easily ruin the tournament.

I think it was his sixth or seventh.

          Not positive though.

This is like say if Vitali got floored by Sam Sexton, and someone saying "well at least it took 3 shots to floor hin, thats a good thing"

If he stands chin hanging like that against Froch he'll be stretched. I think he'll be on the move the whole night though and his chin is decent. I'd still have to lean toward Froch taking this though.

That punch would put most men on their back.

If Dirrell wins, it's going to be because he potshotted all night, and jabbed and moved.

                  They both have poor defenses.

If Vitali took 3 hayemakers, and got up to win the fight, that's a sign he has a solid chin. Dirrel got off the canvas to win this fight. Taking big punches then getting up to win is the sign of a good chin.

Yup, I personally find it a pretty lame way to win a fight.
