That's about the last time Abel got a prediction right as well. I think Spence will win but it will be competitive.

Keith “Once upon a time” Thurman.

How big were those wins over Garcia and Porter when it’s all said and done. No way Thurman is a hall of famer just because he beat Porter and Garcia by thin margins. Sucks that he was plagued by injuries that forced him to be smart with taking only fights he can cash out handsomely since he knows he’s going to get wrecked.

Thurman is not a bad fighter. He's just no Spence or Boots

So Abel is wrong and Thurman will beat Spence, is that how you see it?
Abel was wrong about Zurdo. He ain’t wrong about Thurman.

                Crawford
                Spence
                Ortiz Jr
                Ennis
                Stan
Avan - 6 stoppages in last 6 fights
                Benn - with/out gear
Ugas - Beaten by 3 prospects but Thurman is so past it. They'd have to rig the cards like the Porter fight
Butaev - Big and durable with 4-5 in reach avg on Thurman
Giovani Santillan - southpaw, very active with heavy, heavy bodywork....
You need to add Speedy Rashidi Ellis, also, Alexis Rocha, Crowley and Essuman and in reality at this point, probably a bunch more. Benn is the only question because off the stuff who knows. I'd probably throw in some jr welters.

Yeah, I forgot about Taylor and Prograis. Not sure Thurman survives the war they had. People living off of Thurman footage from 5 yrs ago and beyond. I mean a 135 lber had him moving around the ring from body shots.

I'd have to agree with Abel Sanchez. Thurman was a great fighter among the elites in the division but he would be thoroughly outclassed by Spence at this junction in his career. It could've possibly made for a better fight if Thurman was more active, but I would still give the advantage to ESJ.
