Canelo can win some rounds against Artur, but at the end of the day Canelo would be in the hospital. Artur is too strong and Canelo`s stamina is not great.

When he pins Canelo given he is stronger and a better combo puncher, Canelo can't counter and risk opening up so he just sits back and lets him work. In comparison if you watch Beterbiev counter with short power shots in between your punches.

I don't see where Canelo has more power and more brute force than Barrera

Canelo can look sideways all he wants. When Bivol had Barrera in trouble, he opened up and stopped him. None of Canelo's work was really effective on him but when he had Canelo compromised he just backed off and reset for no reason. Yeah, I know Canelo can counter but so can big men like Barrera and Smith (who hurt Bivol). I'm not sure he was advised not to go for the kill. Sometimes I like to side with the underdog when they have a lot of heart, I admire Canelo going back to try again, why I like it is because it guarantees Canelo will be super motivated with such a high-risk challenge its a David and Goliath deal, I think he is more stubborn than delusional and ego-driven more than foolish, fighters often want to take on what everyone says they shouldn't it's part of a fighters superman DNA.
