Prograis: Number One Guy On My Hit List Is Josh Taylor; If He Can Beat Catterall, A Huge Fight

I don't see a rematch happening. Teo Lopez is the money fight for you and others in the division, imho.

I still think if Matias gets his opportunities he will rise to the top of the division.

Teo for one, winner of Garcia v Tank, moving up to 147 to either test the waters or to jump in against Crawford etc.

As you touch on, their first fight was so close, I think Prograis represents high risk / low reward if Taylor stays at 140, and having just given up the belts in order to rematch Catterall, I don’t think unifying again at the weight would sway Taylor that much.

There’s the added complication of Prograis saying he wouldn’t fight in the U.K. again (which is fair enough). I’d think if Taylor is headed to the US or Middle East for a fight, he’d be after a higher profile opponent.
