Is JMM the most horribly mismanaged high profile boxer ever?

I feel sorry for JMM that drinking his urine didnt help him beat PBF, so it was all for nothing. Unless he has drunk his urine for years and likes that sipple.

No. Mosley has a good case for this though.

        What were the alternative choices?

        Pros Cons

        Money
        future earnings

Help me out I am trying to think of more cons. It is a sport. People win and people lose. He made a lot of money. We don't even know what his PPV take is. I am guessing anywhere from 75 cents to a dollar of the buys.

How so? SSM has fought high profile fights for over 10 years now. He has made ALOT of dough. He fought everybody. He matched up bad with Forrest and Wright but fought them anyway. He got beat by Cotto but fought a great fight.

Marquez fighting Floyd is good for him IMO. If he didn't then he would have maybe fought a fighter who isn't as famous like another Chris John and lost. I think he can beat a come forward fighter in Katsidis though. If he doesn't get tagged as much as Juan Diaz anyway. His chin can't take too many more wars.

He made lots of money. He got some exposure and lost to the P4P number 1. It didn't hurt Hatton and he was embarassed and got to fight Manny for another huge payday. Infact he may have Hatton next for another huge payday because he aint gonna beat Pac at 140. I feel Pac wuld have KO'd the Marquez that fought Floyd.

My biggest problem was for his management to take him to Chris John's home town and fight him. They honestly probably didn't know much about him like the rest of us at that time

Not getting a chance to fight Hamed who Steward told not to fight JMM hurt him. Also he should have fought Morales and ill say an In Jin Chi type of fighter in there primes. Other than that he made a career high against Floyd plus more if the PPV sales are good. He tried and never gave up. Mad respect to a warrior
