Close? Wtf? I know you personally wash Oscars balls but just because Ramirez is Oscars fighter can’t change facts. Do you think 9-3 is close? Resounding is the perfect word.

Until he actually fights quality opposition, you can’t really say that. Ramirez has a better resume than Benevides.

Ramirez vs Canelo for losers bracket championship and bragging rights for likes in Mexico. The all out Mexican style fight they said they were going to bring

In regards to getting “revenge for Mexico”..a great scene comes to mind: “One for the commandant! One for the corps! I guess the corps don’t get theirs…”

Ramirez states that his loss to Bivol is difficult to accept, he should look at a recording of the fight to get a clear understanding.
As early as the middle rounds Gilberto was accepting the loss to Bivol, it's easy for him to say it's difficult to accept the loss right now.
But when Bivol was beating him at every twist, and turn of the fight it was very easy to accept his fate at the hands of the master boxer.

It was a remark made out of pride, and then he got the pride knocked right out of him.
It was actually sad to watch as Ramirez began to submit to Bivol's superior will, and boxing as the rounds went by.
