Assuming Beterbiev hasn't aged over night, he'll get the KO win (maybe in the middle rounds). Yarde has good physical attributes and decent power but lacks experience.

If Yarde was getting outboxed and ultimately KOd by a 37 year old Kovalev toboggoning down the slope to retirement I'm can't see how he beats even a 38 year old Artur. And it ain't even like he can count on the home cooking cos like - it won't go the distance.
It's interesting... this does however have upset written on it.
Yarde certainly got the experience of fighting with a heavy hitting champion.... in Russia.
I think as long as he can calm his nerves and applies himself, he may have a chance.
Yarde certainly can crack.... and Beterbiev can certainly be hit... he is definitely not a Bivol. As long as Yarde does not fall apart from getting one or two big punches from Artur... Yarde can certainly make this a slugfest and perhaps the younger, fresher guy can win.
Then again, Yarde was stopped by a Kovalev Jab. lol. (though that was largely due to the fact that Yarde blew his load in the prior rounds trying to get Kovalev out.)
