PBC once again putting one of their favorite black fighters against another Hispanic guy that has looked decent against lesser opposition and they believe is an easy target for their favorite. At least these Hispanics are getting the jobs from Gervonta and at premium rates. That's why many of these Hispanics are with PBC. Hector Garcia is a tough dude. He's a no name but well accomplished. He's also much bigger than Davis. They are not selected based on ethnicity.
