Yes they both should take tune ups so no one 'has a bad night' which would screw the fight up. Tank should find a 5'9 Latin guy and Ryan should find a 5'6 black tune up. This is the biggest fight of their careers so I don't wanna hear any complaints about the quality of their opponents because we finally got the fight and we don't wanna fuq it up!

I say this as someone proud of my Mexican ancestry, but Ryan is going to go down. Tank isn’t a good matchup for him and he’s going to get caught. Cue Money Mayweather in some odd-looking suit leaping around in jubilation as Tank flexes on the top rope and Ryan lies on the canvas.

how is it finalized when tank has a criminal trial set for dec 12 in a case where the judge rejected a plea agreement. his future as a free man isnt even finalized yet

Criminal case is set for Feb 12th and the US Justice system works different for millionaires. There things going on behind the scenes with the judges and prosecutors that we will never know about. Even if it does go to trial it will be in Blacktimo.....oops I mean Baltimore which means half the jury will be Tank fans and it only takes one person on the jury to vote 'not guilty' and let the defendant go free. So please don't get your hopes up because he's not going to prison.

It means that DAZN will carry the Showtime feed and not be a sponsor at all so we should not see any DAZN logos and just treat it as a Showtime broadcast on DAZN.

Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia announced through their Instagram accounts Thursday that their representatives have completed a deal for the popular knockout artists to meet in a much-discussed showdown on a date to be determined in 2023. Their 12-round fight, which will be contested at a catch weight of 136 pounds, will be a Showtime Pay-Per-View main event from an undetermined venue in Las Vegas.

Everyone getting excited when the fight is not even signed. Tank and Garcia tweets are irrelevant they have tweeted before similar times teasing a fight. The claim is Tank is fighting a tune up Jan 7th and Garcia might. So IF the fight is actually happening the earliest you will get an official announcement from the networks will be after those so called tune ups.

Coppinger source is Joe Marowski who says agreement in principek. Are people just forgetting the last part of the Marowskis tweets where he says

"That agreement is subject to contract, which are yet to be exchanged"

That means the fight is not finalised and not signed.

I will believe it when Showtime and DAZN official announce it with the date and official fight poster.

And like i said you won't hear an official announcement till after their next fights if they are having tune ups first so at least 2 more months.
