I guess, I believe it takes your energy away to get punched, even if you block it.

Anyway, he spent the whole night on the ropes... so that's all we saw. I wonder what he is going to do against Hopkins...

I saw it in spots against Lacy.
Although it wasn't recent the Pavilk fight was Hopkins most recent.

Bernard isnt going to attempt to bullrush Roy like Lacy and Calzaghe, he is going to try to outbox him in the center of the ring... it should be a good fight.

by pulled away, you mean he landed two punches per round instead of the three headbutts he was averaging? you probably gave him a 10-8 round for the headbutt that opened up that 9 inch gash on taylor's forehead...

what makes this fight exciting is that even though at this stage it shouldn't matter....it does, not only to the fans but to the fighters. Bernard does not want to lose to Roy, period. And Roy don't want to lose to Bernard at all. these guys have a competitive rivalry and theres going to be alot of tension in that ring.

                its going to be exciting.

Bernard is going to fight nothing like Joe, and he isnt going to have anywhere NEAR the workrate or movement of Joe.
Yeah right. Many experts think Hopkins won. The least anybody could have given to Hopkins was four rounds. You think Calzaghe won, thats great, but I had it 6 rounds a piece with the KD winning it, and no one can say with certainty that Calzaghe won those rounds.
