In Mungia's defense he tried to fight GGG in 2018 if I'm not mistaken and was denied sanction due to lack of experience. Now why he suddenly wants another crack at it now is obvious.

Exactly. GGG wanted Munguia to move up in weight to fight him, while Munguia was still basically a kid and GGG was near-prime. We were all life wtf... when that fight was even being mentioned. It would actually be poetic in a way if a prime Munguia were to beat up on an out-of-prime GGG now.
