Plant will fight with pride to the end. He'll juke and jive, slip and slide, move and groove. He'll be sharp and at times, he'll stand and fight. He will land his share of punches however, in the end, he will be hurt badly and knocked out on his feet. His face will look like it was caught in a blender

Right on the money. I couldn't have said it better. I think the most difficult thing for Plant and other opponents is when Benavidez pulls back and uses a high guard, he makes it hard for opponents to get to his chin and then he explodes and puts them in trouble. For Plant, Benavidez would have to lean in with his chin out for Plant to land one of his improved left hooks but I don't see Benavidez making that mistake.

I'd make you pay -300 for Benavidez so I get more money coming in on Plant. Sweet Cheeks is going to gas in the second half of the fight just like he did vs Canelo and Uzcategui. Beavidez will swarm him late. Wide SD Benavidez. Flatbread doesn't train stamina.

This fight depends on of Plant can hurt Benavidez. I've watched Benavidez and he's ordinary and has some obvious flaws that need ironing out, at 168 he relies on his size and punch output. It won't be long before he ends up like Zurdo, although it won't take someone as good as Bivol to do it.

As a boxing fans words cannot describe just how delighted I am to see these two gladiators coming together to fight one another. It's very good for the sport. We need matchups like these if the sport is going to survive.

I tend to agree with Dirrell here. I expect Plant to enjoy some very early success with his boxing skills, movement and combination punching.

However, by the later rounds, I can see the naturally larger, stronger and the bigger puncher of the two David Benavidez; Walking Caleb down with his relentless pressure and body punching to stop him by either the eighth or ninth round.

Anthony Dirrell is not a racist man but Caleb Plant is! He was the one who injected race into the build up of their fight in order to create a buzz and stir among his white fan base to sell tickets and pay-per views. So blame Plant for pulling the race card out of his ass not Dirrell.
