Let's call it like it looks...BOTH Crawford and Spence seemingly don't want to fight each other. They damn sure don't want to face the best their division has to offer by facing Boots Ennis either.

Crawford is a clown who keeps insisting he's his own boss because he's negotiating by himself. A good boss hires a good team. LeBron has agents to negotiate for him. He has lawyers to look over contracts. Bud apparently didn't even trust his lawyer and fired him in the middle of negotiations.Comment

Bob likes - his ring girls and Christina Poncher.
Bob hates - UFC, not into men rolling around on the ground
Crawford had a great deal with one of the best guarantees in boxing. As Montero said, the race thing (lawyer talk) has faded away. It was always about the one covid 3.5 million purse that TR couldn't honor.
Todd is the one runs TR day to day and has said he has no issue promoting Crawford.
If the PBC buffoonery continues, go back to TR. You have Taylor, Prograis coming up and Ortiz for sure. Eddie can't do jack for you.

I'm a bigger fan of Bud than Spence but it was Spence's team that actually tried to make the fight. Bud did... idk whatever this is.Comment

No one will respect him as a businessman because he's never established himself as one. You don't approach an expert with the resume of Haymon with dirty secret, anonymous hedge fund deals and expect anything other than no. Even if it were true, Haymon shouldn't and wouldn't have been speaking with Crawford about it, he would speak to the owners or managers of the funds. If he were to allow someone else in on the fight from the outside, he would have to be extremely comfortable with the credibility of that party, and the nature of the splits in expenses and incomes. He definitely wouldn't be just allowing a third party in just because Bud says they're good for it. Take that shxt back to hand to hand back alley deals, and send someone in here that actually knows the business and proper protocols, so that the negotiations can get done, and the boxing public can get the fight.Comment

The fight will never happen! Do not forget what Jermell did. His actions gave away their plan. To say what Jermell said that early in the negotiations made it clear. Then you add the odd comments from Spence's trainer..
So Spence thinks Canelo needs him or that he can keep his belts without at least facing Boots lol... running out of escape routes! If Keith connects clean...don't walk around looking for your mouth piece..Comment

Spence definitely wanted the fight because that's the last strap needed for undisputed. He called him out, he asked Al and PBC to get it done, and Crawford double dealt his way out to fight a body for big bread. As far as fighting the best in the division, Errol did that on his way to collecting 3 belts from 3 different champions. Ennis hasn't fought anyone even in the top ten. I love the way he fights, but the outcome could change drastically against real competition. As much as I like him as a fighter, at this point, Spence would break him down methodically, round by round, and destroy him. I would like to see him fight Thurman or Ortiz before to get his feet wet.Comment
