What I'm talking about is that there's a rotation and WBO was last up, hence why Usky got his mandatory shot against Joshua. Now after that fight, the champ (whoever won) is allowed a voluntary defense because the next mando is due after that.

That voluntary defense was Joshua/Usyk II. Now the IBF is up next in the rotation and it's time to pay the piper.

As far as how the IBF does their ranking, take that šh!t up with them if you have a problem with how they do their rankings.

Exactly… he’s not exactly relaxing on a beach either. He’s going back home to a city under siege.

Meanwhile Hearn and Joshua took a ****ing Year for a contractually mandated rematch, but that was fine but Usyk is holding up the division.

It is Usyk problem because he allowed Matchroom to screw over like that & waste time. That's not the IBF problem, they don't manage Usyk...it's time for him to fight his lon overdue mandatory.

When will they force Spence to fight his IBF mandatory?

I’m not sure how it’s unreasonable to not want to start a training camp immediately after the Joshua rematch. That would have been less than four months, and a good camp is typically two and a half to three months.

after Joshua got the titles back from Ruiz it took him a year to fight Pulev, ten months to fight Usyk, then he activated his rematch clause and took another ****ing year to fight him again. But Usyk is holding up the division by wanting more than four months?

Man, everytime I think the IBF is the one semi-logical sanctioning body, they do some bullshxt like this.

                It's just boxing, man

Usyk had over a year off prior to the Joshua rematch. It's weird how fans actually defend such inactivity from elite fighters.

In any case, the point stands. The longer you leave a big fight the more chance there is of things going wrong. Especially when apparently having all four belts on the line is so important to everyone. They are distinct private businesses, probably being lobbied daily from all manner of people. This is the result.

I am not even fan of the Ukrainian rat but that's BS. He ducked Fury like a girl but also said that he'll be ready in early 2023. He can retain his belt against Hrgovic or whoever that shıt after Fury fight... for sure if he still will have a belt.
