First thought was Love was looking for a way out but after watching replay over and over, fight mos def got rough. The push was payback for Spark pushing Love head down and momentum took spark over the ropes. Am i mad at ref for DQ? Nah. He made the decision he thought best but wouldnt have been mad if he just took points from Love and let fight continue either. Mos Def wanna see it again though. Of course Eddie gonna side with his fighter.

Eddy signs these guys and lines up cherrys to pay for his commission. Then these guys believe the hype, to where they get too confident. They think it will be a walk in the park. Spark got sparked by Tim Tszyu, it should have been a day at the office, but Montana was celebrating the lion skin, before the lion was dead.

The tactic of throwing over the ropes and out of the ring was outrageous, thankfully by luck he landed on his feet on not his head.

It seems that was never a consideration for Eddie Hearn; but then promoter ethics is an oxymoron in this sport. Disgusting display by Hearn, and equally by Love's corner justifying the tactic, claiming Spark was dirty. Ultimately just a poor decision by Love himself borne from frustration as he was getting touched more than he could handle. i.e. incident wasn't just triggered by the cut.

Well, maybe can debate the ref's decision, but I don't think Montana was that keen to fight on after the accidental headbutt.

Also, Eddie may just be saying this to satisfy the requests and complaints of Montana Love's team.

He must have been training MMA, he got in a double leg and pushed him back several steps into the rope and then put in the elbow across the neck and thrusted the guy out of the ring. Could have been life long injuries for the opponent. Immediate DQ warranted.
