Yes its nowhere near as impressive as struggling with a 40 year old middle weight is it? lol. At least David has not been suspended for 6 months for PED use. lol

He doesn’t even have a win over a top fighter I’m confused as to why canelo needs to fight him to “make history”?if Bumavidez keeps racking up wins and gets a couple of good wins under his belt I’m sure this fight could be considered. He keeps saying canelo doesn’t want to fight other Mexicans. David bumavidez jr is an AMERICAN. He was born in AMERICA. He has Mexican heritage but he’s not a Mexican citizen he’s not a Mexican resident. Canelo don’t care to consider fighting him because HE BRINGS NOTHING TO THE TABLE. Beating bumavidez brings nothing to canelo. No belt Even like no one will say “you beat a great fighter” because he hasn’t done $h@t in the sport. Pathetic of sr tbh. Since Rayo got knocked out he’s been tooting the “canelo is ducking my son” horn extra hard
And since when do Mexican Americans get to decide who is Mexican and who isn't? .....you guys are the same ones crying that you guys get call pochos by us born in Mexico.........

But benevide z is high risk, low reward. If Nelo beats him, it's a win people can downplay, but if benavidez were to win, which is possible, it would be a case of we told you nel o was overated?
So it does no harm to marinate this fight

Canelo has other legacy fights too. He can fight Bivol at 168 but that wouldn't be at the same level with a victory at LHW. Still'd boost his legacy because he would risk his all belts. You think people can underestimate Benavidez but every Canelo hater j€rking off for him. No one can underestimate that win. Benavidez would boost his legacy. He can return to 160 and become undisputed by beating Janibek and Charlo. That would boost his legacy. But, none of them would make him the GOAT except LHW journey.Last edited by Silence; 11-14-2022, 06:08 AM.
