Fighters who become trainers, the great trainers? Don't try and make their fighters duplicate fighters of themselves 'When they where fighting'.

I can see that Jones has influenced Chris Eubank Junior with his style. But the difference is, Eubank Junior actually has the ability to a certain degree to use a Roy Jones Junior type style.

Anthony Joshua for me, is a heavyweight that needs to improve in other ways.

Inside Game, Rough House Tactics, A solid Jab. These are the main area's he needs to improve.

I am not sure if Roy Jones Junior has this in mind? Nobody knows what his game-plan is for Joshua.

Robert Garcia for me was a good trainer for Joshua, and knew precisely what Anthony Joshua needed as a fighter.

Joshua last performance skill for skill vs Usyk, was one of his best performances ever. I was expecting him to carry on training with Garcia to refine their training through experience of training camps etc'.

Paul Shıttagi's fuckbuddy Roid would be perfect trainer for bodybuilder. Keep losing fights.

Honestly, Roy may know a great deal about boxing, but I kinda doubt he’d be a great coach. Athletes with his kind of astonishing natural ability don’t know what it’s like to be a lesser being. Jones relied on preternatural talent throughout his career. When that dried up, he immediately became all too human…and quite beatable.

Joshua is gatekeeper now. He can't become undisputed. Only has a chance when Fury and Usyk retires.

As much as Joshua is a great physical specimen, Joshua does not have the stamina. FULL STOP. Joshua has had a STAMINA. PROBLEM his entire career. This problem has ONLY SURFACED when he has been LESS THAN DOMINANT. It actually appeared in the Klitschko fight, but because Wlad was unwilling to engage after knocking Joshua down in fear of his own glass jaw, Joshua was able to recover four rounds later. But it appears WHEN HE HAS FACED SMALLER, FASTER FIGHTERS. As much as people want to label Ruiz chubby, he has fast hands and really good skills. Facing fighters who deliver more than intermittent, lumbering 1-2 combinations and are NOT STATIONARY TARGETS compels Joshua to step up his output and perform at A PACE HE CAN'T MAINTAIN. He shouldn't feel ashamed. Ask Jamaine Ortiz, who will testify to the fact that throwing punches that don't land take an enormous amount of energy out of you, way more in fact than the punches that land. (And for the record there, Loma made a very mature decision by opting to win in a fan UNfriendly way by draining the 26-year-old with his elusiveness. Yeah, the 34-year-old did that to the 26-year-old). BOTTOM LINE: The proposition of Jones training Joshua is an interesting one that I would like to see attempted. I do not hold out hope for Joshua, though. I believe Joshua has the athleticism that Jones wants. But I don't think Joshua CAN'T TAP INTO THAT ATHLETICISM FOR A FULL 12 ROUNDS. I don't think Joshua can FIGHT LIKE A MIDDLEWEIGHT for 12. We look at him and DREAM OF THE POSSIBILITY, but his history has told us otherwise. I HOPE JOSHUA SAYS YES TO JONES. I hope they go for it. I would love to see it go well for them because THE BOXING WORLD WOULD BE IN FOR A TREAT. But WHEN I'M DONE DREAMING, and watch the fights with Ruiz and Usyk... that's the BUZZKILL.

Hopefully this “Plan” doesn’t involve fighting a couple of Scrubs aka Taxi Drivers!

Joshua needs to work on stamina more than anything. Developing his infighting would be nice too. Roy isn't going to make Joshua fight like he did, I don't know why people keep bringing that up. Roy knows boxing fundamentals, he just didn't need them in his prime, except for footwork and distance.
