Plant will do well for 8 rounds, then the pressure will get to him. This said, Benevidez is a weight bully that needs to move up and face men his own size.

I had been dating for a while that plant needed a new trainer. His father and friend were not offering improvement. Hopefully this move to a new trainer does that for him. And honestly I think he overtrains with his S&C coach. Plant gassing late just seems like overtraining to me

Cokehead might have it completely wrong on this one, Plant will be Benavidez toughest test to date but not the other way around, its pretty even match, lot questions will be answered with outcome of this fight.

Go and watch the Plant v Uzcat fight. Plant got busted up pretty badly vs a fighter not in Davids league in any area. Just imagine what Benavidez does to him. No way can Plant go the distance. His defense is overrated, just look at his face.

Truer words have never been spoken. It goes back to all the fights he co-promoted for Floyd.
He needs to get his charge Ryan sign off to face Tank. And then shut the fück up.

You could easily say similar about Benevidez when he fought Ronald GavrilLast edited by dan_cov; 11-10-2022, 07:32 PM.
