The fact that Thurman's last fight was back in February of this year and previous to that his last fight was in 2019, doesn't sit well with me. I know he's had series' of inactivity due to injuries, but I don't remember him having any injuries after the Barrios fight. I would like to see him get another fight or two before facing a Spence. Spence, regardless of his accident, has been active and fighting elite competition. If this fight happens next, I hope Thurman can be competitive. It would be a shame to only see a shell of his former self fighting only for the money.

LOL you keep saying Crawford should be fighting Ortiz along with many others but Oscar is literally on video saying we'll go the WBA route b.c Spence is the better more winnable match up. I guess Oscar don't know boxing now. Thurman is a washed up fighter. It's a cash out just like asking for a 10 million guarantee to fight Crawford. As noted, Avan 6 consecutive stoppages vs 1 fight in 600 days keef. End of story.

Anyone who thinks this fight gets made is deluded, I love mayweather but his team really are a cancer to the sport of boxing, they made it clear they don't want fighters fighting top fighters thats that Al haymons style, there's no way they match spence with thurman, there blowing smoke, he probably get matched with Amir khan or victorortiz, just like they never wanted to fight pacman or crawford
