I’d wait to see if Bivol can win undisputed and then take the fight. That way there’s a lot more on the line. I didn’t think he could beat Bivol the first time and don’t think he can again, but it would look better losing to him again if he is already the absolute nailed on number one, and there’s more to gain from winning. Losing again to a guy who only has one belt and no proof he’s the best in his division probably isn’t the best thing at this time, even if he he wants to avenge it. I think it’s more logical to see how a unification plays out before moving back up.
