What Does Bivol Not Do Well

huge IFHolds his left too low often and relies on reflex to avoid right hands, and he also keeps his elbows a little wide I see he is open to body shots, he has the speed of feet to get away with these minor things, the danger comes from a guy with very fast hands and short punches, don't worry Bivol is open he just negates it with speed if Beterbiev can shoot fast enough when right on him things could get real interesting, if Bivol keeps him at long range it can be an easy win for him.
Beter is slow and hittableComment

Clearly doesn't have Big Power but my stance always been that POWER can be a bit overrated particularly by fans
If he knocked out Canelo people could've used the "Lucky Punch" Excuse BUT when you school someone and give them a Boxing Lesson for 10-12 Rounds, it is really nothing anybody can say really other than what Call that fighter "Boring"
I'm not a Hypocrite like some fans who will call Andrade and Haney Boring and laugh at their Lack Of Power but for Bivol he gets Praised for his "SKILLS" while ignoring his lack of Power too. I see even so called "Boxing Reporters/Writers" do this Ignorance Nonsense as well and get involved with these trash Double Standard all because they don't like someone on youtube who are Supporters of Haney they will discredit him for basically doing the exact same thing that Bivol does. Well minus the horrible Clinching that No Question Haney needs to clean up and get better at fighting on the insideLast edited by sicko; 11-07-2022, 06:08 PM.Comment

Yeah has to get right on top of him and back him up, force him to corners and try to keep him as close to the ropes as possible, a lot also depends on how Bivol handles ABs power, its one of those fights I can see either guy winning if things go their way, but Bivol has more options, its not a fight I would bet on.Comment

There is a big difference in watching a fighter stand in another fighter's wheelhouse and successfully defend. Fighters like Jimmy Young and Eddie Chambers (when he was on his game) are a far cry from watching a fighter whose defense is to either hold or run. Andrade and Haney are boring, Bivol is not.Clearly doesn't have Big Power but my stance always been that POWER can be a bit overrated particularly by fans

Its very different in the lighter divisions, the speed factor and overall skills along with power to weight ratio of the lighter fighters is way higher than anything Bivol has been with, Bivol has not fought a guy that can match his speed, the LWs are full of them, I don't like Haney or Andrade but there is no denying the boxing skills, same with Shakur who I feel is the best of the bunch, this is an entirely different skill set that what you get at LH especially the current LHs.
