We can't negate what canelo has accomplished and that he has skills, but he was sold to us as the second coming, which charisma wise, He's up there, not his skills, he's been carefully matched, has avoided all good boxers after Lara's fight until he fought bivol, and they try to gift him the decision, again. If he fights Morrell Jr now, he might have a chance to get a dec, a gifted one. Next year I seen the Cuban closer to completing his development, that will be awesome.
I have high hopes for this kid. Been watching him since his third or fourth fight. Looked good to me then. But I would put money on Canelo if they fought today. I think you’re underestimating the value of big fight experience, at the very least. Alvarez is a proven commodity. Been so for years. Morrell, as good as he may look, might turn out to be a false alarm. Happens all the time. Fingers crossed.

Exactly, high risk very low reward.

Hi paisano, I understand the value, and there's nothing that can replace experience. But God given talent, can overcome that experience, and that, Morell jr has to spare. The other thing he has is confidence and he's been headlining cards from the very beginning, nothing like canelo, but he have to start somewhere. I only hope he doesn't get affected by his last fight, it was a tragedy. We all shoul be praying for Adios.

They not even in the same division. I think andrade or uzcategui should be next. Not and undersized charlo.

Morel is young and will eventually end up at light heavyweight, he is a strong contender to replace Beterbiev and Bivol once they have retired.

I doubt Andrade vs Morrell would happen. I'm sure Shields would see Demetrius like some scary boogey man for Morrell.

I'm talking about Jermall. He is looking for a shot at Canelo at 168. Let him and Morrell fight, winner gets Canelo.

Terrible what happened. I pray Aidos comes out of it okay, and that David isn’t affected going forward. A tragedy.

These guys are safe for now being protected from each other until one of them leaves this trainer.
I think Morrell Jr hasn't been protected at all. Just by looking at his last 7 fights we know he's on the fast track
