Canelo won’t fight him, ever. Move on from that dream. Canelo wants mechanical European fighters only

Ronnie right so let’s be honest Canelo may be 3rd best at 168 but to MF’ers we know he’s avoiding is Benavidez and now Morrell! Plain & Simple

He should fight Benavidez first, before even mentioning Canelo. We all know he is ducking Benavidez.

Ah, I think Canelo can fight him.

Ronnie Shields also has Jermall Charlo, another potential Canelo opponent. But they haven't exactly beaten any big name. Once guys step up to the likes of Canelo and Bivol, they realise it's a whole other level.

But not saying they can't do well at that level, especially Morrell, but let's see him fight a Benavidez or Plant, then can judge better. Benavidez would be the next super middleweight logically in line for Canelo, but that won't happen in 2023.

Canelo wants Bivol again, which is a helluva difficult rematch to win, but he wants that.

WBA can order that at anytime so either Canelo defends or Drops

If no Canelo it is still so many other options Plant, Benavidez, Andrade, Charlo if he moves up

Benavidez is a secondary champion? Is that the excuse now?

Morrell is a secondary champion too!

Morrell isn’t ready for Canelo. He wants the challenge and, of course, the money, but it’s not gonna happen anytime soon — if ever.

The problem is that they want to beat Conelo for the money. Morrel jr is a very good fighter, he comes from the Cuban school, one of the best in the world with the Russians and Ukrainians, but he has to evolve slowly without skip stages and fight the best because conelo fought the best in his youth but you have to understand that some boxers want the legacy and he wins it he doesn't wait for a lottery ticket

I would be so sure that Canelo wouldn't fight him. He's liable to have all kinds of good excuses since Benavidez is fighting Plant. Bivol says he is more interested in Beterbiev. So he claim no one was available but Morrell. Plus he's not Mexican.
