Is Morrell the best youngster In the sport?

Crazy to think of him as a youngster but he's only 24 and with only 8 fights looks as complete as a fighter can get. Skill, speed, defense, power all there. .

The Kazakh was a very good young hungry fighter yet Morrell made easy and brutal work of him.

I see him and Benavidez ruling 168-175 in the coming years.

Morrell’s a tremendous talent, I think he’s probably ready for the likes of Benavidez, Plant next year tbh. Wouldn’t mind seeing him in with a Uzcategui or Dirrell type next. Shame the Ryder fight never happened would have been the perfect test.

As for best young fighters, I really like the look of Keyshawn Davis, has a lot of tools, still needs to work on a few things but I think he’ll be a top quality fighter in a few years time.

He may be, but I don't see him getting matched by current top fighters in the sport any time soon. It's been that way for many years, so patience is needed in this sport. But unlike other fans, I won't see him as the one turning down fights. Man, come on, what can he do when his own trainer says, NOOOOOOO! He ain't ready people!

he got KO’d challenging for his fourth weight class title against a guy who’s on everyone’s P4P list.

yeah. What a loser. No wonder American fighters just fight 40 no hopers to pad that record. You **** on guys trying to do great things.

I didn't say he is a loser, I questioned the comparison. I don't see any similarities. One guy started his career in 2013, the other in 2019. The lower weight classes fight for titles way earlier than the upper weight divisions.

Not sure if he’s the top guy but challenging for it

The comparison was that I was pointing out you can’t compare AGE but where they are in their career. I’m not sure how that was difficult to understand.

Why the rush to make him fight the best fighter in the division? Ennis has had 29 fights and still fought nobody. Its weird.
