People think Plant has pillow hands, Thats false.

He is a methodic fighter, he did not land too much punches per fight. But he has respectable power.

First, he iced Dirrell, a fighter that Benavidez hurted, but David never was able to drop Dirrrel.

Plant dropped Uzcategui, with the same left Hook that iced Dirrell.

Uzcategui is a strong guy that never was dropped.

Benavidez power is overrated.

He hurted Dirrell, but never was able to drop him.


He fought two.times against Gavril, his Best rival.

Gavril has decent boxing fundamental. NEVER WAS HURT AGAINST DAVID.

Why people is overrating his power,?


Power and skills depends against the level of the rivals.

David never knocked out a fighter of good level.

Never dropped a good fighter.

He depends in the volume


Caleb has the experience, defense and power to make miss David.

Why?

His new trainer is working in his power and David is very easy to hit. His defense is pretty mediocre.

Canelo in 168 has the better power in his whole career, he retired Saunders, and destroyed the arm of Smith.
