why cant spence fight someone like ennis or ortiz? even if crawford didnt want the fight (not been following the soap opera but always got the impression neither of them want to fight each other really) whys that give him the green light to fight some washed up trash. let me guess the pbc fanboys will have some excuse, is always an excuse why they cant fight anyone dangerous

Pretty sure most of them had promotional agreements with GBP. Haymon had to buy them out. It’s years ago so I’m not 100% sure but didn’t Haymon buy them out like 3 weeks after they’d came to a settlement which led Oscar/GBP to sue him and Schaefer for fraud?

He lost lawsuit against haymon the federal judge tossed it out and lawsuit he won against Schaefer was for breach of contract not for fraud.. I believe he retained rights to only 3 fighters he had under promotional contract LSC, Khan and I forget third the rest he worked on a fight by fight basis
