The founder and head of Golden Boy Promotions recently sided with WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford after Crawford offered his thoughts on the failed negotiations between him and IBF, WBA, and WBC champion Errol Spence Jr. for an undisputed fight that was supposed to take place in November.

Oscar knows how to push the latino fighter’s it seems. Arum is a decent all-rounder imo. Al has an obvious favouritism for african americans (they get all the controversial decisions) and it would all be gucci if he made the fights.

So basically, with more and more fans stealing fights and the PBC being the main culprit in oversaturating the PPV market - Al Haymon 'advised' him (and Crawford) to take guarantees of zero for "one of the biggest fights in boxing"? I really don't get it.

At this point, I'm waiting for one of the sides to cancel things so everyone can move on - the Welter-WAIT division is becoming as bad as the middleweight division.

Spence has been living in a cave for so long he actually thinks PBC is some Google or some huge business empire that everyone that is employed in it deserves some kind of unique respect from everybody. He's the one, after all, coined the term "wrong side of the street" excuse in boxing. That explains why it pains him when people trashes PBC. Almost seem like delusional worship to something out of this world.
